KR Roasters are no longer in America, but thriving in Asia.

Those places were a fire hazard , maintainance nghtmare , and always being under the gun by health dept. And you can only charge so much for a cheap,product like chicken .   I worked for a company that did some equipment maintenance.   Yes , the chicken was good .  Sanitation was a huge problem .   Figures it would be successful in a cheaper labor environment...and less strict sanitation laws.
