This Pacers team is solid defensively but it should not be this difficult to run a halfcourt offense.

I like Grant Williams and I want to see him succeed, but I really think that to make it as more than a 9th-10th man in this league he's going to have become a lot more skilled offensively or else miraculously grow several inches.
Same as Draymond Green -- minutes limited his first two years in the league because he could not reliably make a jump-shot. Grant Williams in the same situation. He has to be able to make wide open spot up jump-shots to stay on the court.

Once I saw Semi dribbling down the court on a fast break I knew it wasn't going to end well.

Tatum sure takes some bad shots. But he makes them.

MYles turner sucks Theis is so much better than him. Literally delusional.

Turner would have made this team so much better with his ability to space the floor, attack off the dribble, and block shots. The perfect center for Brad's system and we got people on here saying they'd rather have Theis. We need to expand our basketball IQ on this blog lol
Calling posters delusional and stupid won't lend to much more posting.

Didn't say stupid, but I'll cool the delusional talk sorry.
Not sure what else you could be implying by saying "we need to expand our basketball IQ on this blog"

Should a mod be making those assumptions.  There’s a lot worse said to posters on here and most of the time it’s reactions from people that don’t like others saying something negative about the team
Given how quickly game threads spiral into vitriolic arguments given the whole heat of the moment thing, they're policed more sternly.

Also, your second assertion isn't even remotely true. It's just your personal experience because people take umbrage with your routinely negative posts

Ainge has built one of the worst rosters I've seen in the last 3-4 years. At least when we didn't have the star power we had incredible depth. Not only does this team lack depth we lack star power too.

And on here we are going to bashing Stevens all year despite the fact we will be a 4-5 seed with a literal dogsh1t roster

How do you feel about Danny Ainge and the Celtics roster?

I've had an issue with Danny Ainge's drafting for a long time. I'm talking since we trade KG and PP. Do Celtics fans realize in the past years the only player we've traded up in the 1st round to get is Kelly Olynyk? He did well with high picks, but overall the James Young's, Grant Williams, Yabusele's have been what have upset me for the most part and have basically ruined this roster. I think that we didn't need to give Hayward the max and could have just let Tatum/Brown develop with Kyrie, but gave it to him anyways. We unnecessarily gave Kemba a max for no other reason than to save face for losing Kyrie.

I just think that Ainge has really just been window dressing his shortfalls with pieces that will help us compete, but not contend.

Draymond Green could also handle the ball in a pick and roll and regularly forced turnovers.

Grant keeps the ball moving on offense, hands the ball off well, and stays in front of his man on defense.

He doesn't reliably hit shots, doesn't force turnovers, can't handle the ball against defensive pressure, isn't big enough to score on post-ups unless it's against tiny guards ....
