When I was quite young, (no hints ... okay, nine), I went with my older brother and sister to a concert, (only the second I had ever been to - the first was Gary Puckett and the Union Gap - wow that dates me), of various folk artists of the time, and about halfway through, this very thin young lady came on stage with this funny little lap guitar, (that a friend had made for her specially), and played the following song that she had written, just her voice and this odd instrument, and while I'm no longer into a lot of folk music, this has remained in my soul as one of the most beautiful songs ever written:

Ahhh, Bahku, you have hit on my youth and the music of my soul.  (My tastes have expanded dramatically,  .)  I still schlep a guitar along on every move, even though it no longer gets played.  I always loved Joanie's songwriting.  First loved the traditional folk, then graduated into Eric Anderson, Dylan, etc.  Thanks for the memories...
