The Celtics really miss Tony Allen.  They miss his defense and the pressure he puts on other teams with his ability to take it to the rack. He also allows Ray Allen and Pierce to get more rest. They need him back soon.

Well, we brought up Bill Walker, so that'll fill the TA gap pretty well. I don't think his absence has been particularly important. Remember GS without Perk? THAT was a big gap.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Ainge mentioned they brought up Walker and Giddens because they are both banged up and he wants them work with with trainers next week when they will be home for about a week.  So I don't expect Walker to play although I'd like to see him thrown in there.

Bill Walker may become a good player, but he's nowhere near Tony Allen right now.  Not even vaguely close.

For every one good play Tony makes, he turns the ball over twice, commits a foul, and misses a jumpshot.
