Larry BIRD!-Need help with 91-92 game used uniform question

I have a complete game used uniform of Larry Birds which was obtained from the archives at the H.O.F. in Springfield, Ma. A fellow collector is questioning the lettering on the back of the jersey. BIRD is not in block letters. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about there being different lettering on the uniforms from that year. I've seen other teams with the same lettering, but have not seen a Bird jersey without block lettering. I contacted the Hall of Fame and they could not find any information about the lettering for me. Can anyone help? Or, does anyone have any photos from the 91-92 season? It is a white(home) uniform.

TP for reminding me of Larry's last stand.  I remember that game really well.  I was waiting on tables and doing an awful lot of ignoring my customers because I was pretty sure this would be the last time I'd see this sort of a game from LB.

I can't think of any Celtics jerseys were the names weren't in block lettering.  What would that even look like?
