My prayers go out to Tommy.  I know he loved her very much and this is going to be very tough on him.  I hope he will be ok.   A love like theirs is indeed rare in these days.  I sit here in tears knowing the heartache that Tommy must feel right now.

This is really terrible to hear.  My prayers go out to Tommy and the rest of his family.  It was clear that she was the most important thing in the world to him, and it must be so tough to lose her...especially so close to the holidays...

It was a long battle and I'm sure that she was in a lot of pain. I hope that Tommy and his family come through this well and that they get a lot of support.

When I heard this one, I was in shocked and saddened as if it was one of our own Celtics legends that passed away.  The love that those two have displayed through Tommy kind words is rare and truly great.  Today is indeed a sad day in Celtics history.
