Pick a Player Over/Under Points Game

I'm not really upset about early picking or not. I generally tend to pick guys with lots of scoring averages just to make more fun out of it, such as picking up regular starters and see them hovering around their own averages or completely falling apart
It's like a gamble either way. You come out and pick up someone who has been consistently on fire recently and his game is stalled that night. It happens, so, basically there is no clear indication of success depending on selection order.

I'd rather see ACF still play. Come on. Sometimes the early pick is great (Hudson), sometimes its late picks. WW picks late too and has a high average.

I am sorry I brought this up, I didn't intend to ruin the game for all of you. Like I said, it was a peeve and so I dug a little bit there. Nevermind. Like I said, I don't think there's much fun in it (too predictable who picks who and why and so on) so I'll just leave you guys to play.

Kind of funny that I didn't notice the earlier posts until now, because this is one of the rare occasions that I'm awake at midnight (and wasn't around earlier).

I'll say that I've felt similar frustrations in the past, but ultimately I decided the fun of this thing was in participating and not necessarily winning - not that I don't enjoy winning.

Come playoff time it is a much more even playing field, and participating on a regular basis assures that you can make the playoffs.

One other thing that seems to be unique to this condensed season is that there are a ton more surprise guys getting huge minutes late in the season than usual.

In short, I can't tell you how to react to a situation, but I hope you can find a way to not it let it bother you so much and stick around for the postseason.

What I saw was a little venting. 

If all the joy is sucked out of the game for you, then you absolutely shouldn't play, but I wouldn't stop playing because you may have hurt someone's feelings. 

Ah well...my two cents.  Not gonna beg

Nobody wants you to leave, Brother, and no one thinks you a fool ... you are one of the best parts  of this blog, and I know I speak for many.

I apologize sincerely for creating such an atmosphere, if I had known such feelings existed, I would have stopped picking early long ago.

I very much hope you'll stick around, and the problem has been resolved ... let's all shake hands and forget about this.

We've had too much fun and enjoyed each other's company and competition far too much to let it just dissolve.

The post-season is almost here, and we all, (me most of all), want you to be a part. Problem created, (by me), problem addressed, problem resolved, (I'm no longer picking early).

Frankly, this game would suck without you, IMO ... please stick around, Bro.
