Houston and Seattle will have played at least 2 full games when this one finishes and the next run scored will be the first.  Amazing pitching from both teams.

And just like that, a solo homer for the Astros to lead off the 18th.

Yeah, watching a 1-0 baseball game (even for the normal 9 innings) is like watching an NFL game that has no touchdowns (which also happened recently) — snorefest.

The equivalent to a Colts/Broncos or Commanders/Bears game

What a great night for baseball. An 18 inning game, a Cleveland walk off against the Yankees, and the Padres comeback win to close out the series against their rival.

Dodgers 111 wins. Mets and Braves 101 wins. All eliminated rather quickly.

Yankees with 99 wins and it's possible they are eliminated tonight.

Speaking of the Yankees, there seems to be a lot of internal issues. Seems like the whole team is clueless as to why Holmes wasn't available when he himself said he planned to pitch, but Boone lied saying he was basically unavailable lol.

Anyways, now their season rests on the shoulder of the $324M Kermit Cole. No pressure!
