way too many open 3's.  our perimeter d is just really poor.  We aren't closing out hard on any of their good 3 point shooters.  seems like parker, dlaw and manu have had wide open looks.

No defense on the perimeter and also getting killed inside 26-10. Unfathomable how bad this team is right now.

Green sucks
Lee Sucks
 Zero offensive rebounds
Killed in paint  ::)   they have TWO centers

Celtics lucky to be in game shooting NOTHING but jumpers , again ...KG no offense in the paint.

Danny please get us a offensive CENTER , move KG to PF.

Great half and great defense. Great rebounding too.

I do not understand docs system. it is not working. give up and do not try for offensive rebounds in order to get back and get stops. LOLOLOLOLOL

I am a huge Rondo fan, but these are the type of games that make you wonder why he isn't having a bigger impact.  RR is getting schooled by Parker today.

We need to crank up the intensity on D to get things going again...

11-1/2 games and Jeff Green has played well in two. Guess we should not ask for much more for $9 million a year.

Everybody on Celtics tossing up outside shots .  Lucky , PP , Bass and Jet are hitting a few.

If Boston goes cold from outside...the game will become a blowout.

We have ZERO interior game... hopeless

We are in serious trouble if KG doesn't start playing INSIDE the paint some...he is TOO predictable.

I know 1 thing. We are better than the Wizards. :'(

If Sullinger didn't pull down a couple of boards, numbers would have looked a lot more dramatic.

  • Everyone's excited for the new era.
I try to be as optimistic as possible at all times, but this team isn't performing well right now.

I wish Doc would play big more, rather than small.  I know Wilcox is in foul trouble right now, and KG needs minute-restrictions, but Jason Collins is over on the bench rotting.  I'm not saying his presence would improve our team dramatically, but I'd bet we'd be giving up less points in the paint in this game.

At the end of the first when we had three straight turnovers, I was pulling out my hair.  That's inexcusable for a team that usually has three legit ball handlers on the court at all times.  This issue of constantly turning the ball over needs to be addressed soon.

Defensively, we've been atrocious, particularly Terry.  I watched him for about five straight possessions where he was in no-man's land, and his guy either drove and kicked, or scored.  It was disgusting, to say the least.  He needs to work on his D if he wants to back up his tattoo.

Jeff Green isn't a bad player.  He's just an incredibly passive player.  I've seen him get the ball at the top of the key, and not even dribble.  He looks for a big or guard that can take it out of his hands so he doesn't have to do anything.  It's really bothering me.  He's so strong, and has such a great wingspan, that I'm shocked he hasn't realized he can drive by his man.  Remember the game in Turkey.  Someone show that tape to Jeff.  He needs to be more assertive.

Other than that, we're playing just dandy.

are we this stupid as a team? i mean really?  give me fast breaks, dribble drives and post ups for high % buckets. relying on jumpers is as asinine as it gets. SMH

Well, we haven't been turning the ball over that much so far into the season. Actually, just at the time of those three consecutive turnovers, the stat appeared to call the Celtics as the 4th team with the fewest turnovers.
Maybe it was just a ruined sequence and nothing more than that?
Or it's just my wishful thinking.
