Watching this game away from home reminds me of why I canceled cable. I don't want this league getting any of my money.

Just tuning in. Huge surprise - the Lakers are killing the Nuggets. Like this wasn't the most predictable situation in the world  ::) Not that the Clips deserved to be there (they certainly acted that way), but I'm sure they would put up more of a fight. Same problem as the Heat - they so desperately want to beat the Cs (and the Bucks), but they will be down on their knees for the Lakers in no time.

Btw heads up. Apparently after Game 3 tomorrow night, we have THREE full days off  :o

Game 4 will be Wednesday. Seems from there it’ll just be every other day, at 8:30 PM EST except for Game 7 which is TBD

32 free throws awarded to the Lakers in the first half, you can't make that stuff up lol. The fix is on and has always been on for Lakers to win.

And no, the Nuggets are not coming back up from 3-1 against LeBron James of all people.

Neither us nor Miami shot 32 FTs in the entirety of G2... a game that went to OT!

If the Cs lose Game 3, I'm sure that some folks will pin it on the "long" time between games.

As for the West, real shocker what happened tonight.

Would be nice if Denver could win tonight. I think it's better for a team to lose Game 1, then win Game 2 against LAL since it'd give them momentum going into Game 3, as opposed to vice versa which hurt Portland and Houston.

Murray and Jokic are going to need to go off though. Also they just need to keep fighting regardless what the refs do, because clearly the refs are going to try and pencil LAL into the Finals  ::)

Keep it close, and if the Nugs pull ahead then keep pulling away. Unlike others, the Lakers are a team that gets a big lead and does a great job holding it. So you really can't afford to fall behind 15+ to them

I don't doubt that the league wants the lakers to win and I truly believe that they do.  Why would the refs care though?  I don't really think the league is telling the refs how to call it.  I do believe they study tendencies and assiign games accordingly.

Thought the Nuggets could roll by the Lakers, but it won't be easy.

MPJ is one of the worst wing defenders I’ve seen in years

If Daniel Theis did the dirty stuff that Dwight Howard is doing right now he would be thrown out of the game and the league.

The Lakers are playing like the Bad Boy Pistons right now and getting away with it.
