I just don't think Hayward is the type to go demand his touches/shots.

It reminds me of Jackie MacMullan's rant on Wiggins a couple of weeks ago.  Go get the ball!  Don't just stand in the corner.  JB does this too much, too.  It's hard to complain about the amount of touches these guys get when they make no effort to go get touches... the responsibility isn't all on their teammates.  I don't know, maybe Stevens wants them to just stand in the corner and space the floor on many of their possessions.  But it seems like a waste of their abilities to me.

1 shot for Gordon in the half? With no Kyrie he has to do better....

His confidence in his offense is clearly shot

While I agree with this, I also think that we have to give him some credit because he is really trying to facilitate for other guys.

Maybe he knows that when the time comes, he can get his...otherwise I just do not understand it.

Exactly how many shots are people expecting Hayward to take in this game. He played 8 minutes and spent a good portion of the half in the locker room getting stitches on his hand. Shooting with fresh stitches in gotta hurt.

More than 1...

If Jaylen Brown could begin to finish through contact, he would really see an uptick in his overall game. He has really learned to pick his way through the paint and get to the rim. The next step is to finish through the contact. He would live at the foul line.
Then he'd need to improve his free throw shooting.

Jaylen has improved it as the year has gone along.  70% in december, and around 72% in Jan.

With Oladipo out Pacers dont have the scorers to keep up with that barrage.  GSW with 32 assists on 43 fgs so far.

True but a lot of times this game he has been opened and he has been ignored. Rozier several times jacked up 3s..

I am beginning to think he just might not fit on this team. I mean he is virtually ignored.

I think it speaks more to the idea that some of the young guys are too focused on getting up shots and getting stats than playing a team oriented game.

There does seem the be a "get mine" type attitude among several guys on this team.

It's what Kyrie was getting at a few weeks ago. There's other ways to effect the game than scoring. Like when Terry comes off the bench most of the time, he just chucks shots instead of reading the game and giving it what it needs. He's completely capable of that. We saw it against Toronto when he came in and applied full court pressure. His defense and energy turned that game around for us.
