If this were a regular season matchup, I'd vote Knicks easily due mostly to the sixers frontcourt. David west is going to be hobbled for the entirety of next year best case.... And worst case he'll be a complete liability defensively and not much better offensively.

But we made this bed. Sixers were a 1 seed, and frankly they could never have gotten there without a static David west from his last healthy season.

So west, in my mind should be considered healthy....and that really changes the way I look at this one.

In my defense, David West is not as much of a post player in NOH's system, especially because Okafor doesn't allow for a lot of room down there. It's not like you can float him to the free throw line. So yes, i think Taj is more than capable of handling a guy whose not that good in the post, in the post.

Roughly 50% of West's shot attempts are within 9 feet of the hoop, and he converts those hoops at a very high percentage.  Less than half of those shots are assisted, because West is very good at creating his own offense, whether it's in the low- or high-post.  However, because he also has a very good jumper (47% on shots 16-23 feet), people forget how good a post player he is.

Well roughly 104% of Tim Duncan's shots are actually taken by Tim Duncan himself (the highest percentage in the leauge, BTW).
