ok, so it was a WNBA game but did any one catch the fight at the end of the game.  Rick Mahorn (cant spell) pushed a girl down.  I was rolling.

I caught the Lisa leslie interview. She had some pretty classy remarks after it. saw only one quick replay but didn't see Mahorn push her. Sports Center should be all over it.

  • Yup
I'd never actually seen the entire Pistons/Pacers video.

2 things stand out

1) Artest is an absolute tool

2) Where on earth were the police a hell of a lot earlier than when they finally appeared?
Yup

Ok I don't watch hockey, because I think it sucks as a sport.

But as a group boxing match?  Holy crap thats awesome.

I hope Stern doesn't overreact. Pierson is the one to blame, I think. Great boxing out, though. I forgot Laimbeer is Detroit's coach. It's all his fault, I bet.

The hockey video is hilarious. TP to ACF.

I've been waiting for a WNBA brawl video for years, and in no way is this comment gender related:  If your go-to move in a fight is "walk into someone and fall down," I don't like your chances.

Also the "gratuitous bump" that set the thing off seemed like a pretty effective use of her behind if you ask me.

We're the ones we've been waiting for.

I'd hate to see Candace Parker already getting in trouble and ruin her rookie season with a suspension. The WNBA is nowhere near as exciting as the NBA, but there has been more excitement in the game with the Lisa Leslie/CParker power house.
Can't stop, Rondo!

Props to Rick Mahorn...he's a trailblazers for Title IX.  He'll shove down a woman just as quick as he would a man.  Chivilary is dead and I respect a man who treats womaen equally.

Better quality.

Parker is such a spoiled brat. She's always taking cheap shots, she behaves like she can do anything on the court.

Leslie floped, Mahorn barely touched her. Terrible suit, though.

Lisa Leslie should stick to modeling.  If Mahorn wanted to push her, she'd be in a stretcher right now.  Stop whining, there's no crying in the WNBA.  Somebody tell Candace Parker, there's about 100 million guys in this world that can dunk, she ain't that special.  And bad boys don't wear their hair in pony tail, paper tiger.
