This offense is terrible. Rondo is completely killing the flow. He dribbles out half the shot clock and then fades in the back while everyone else tries to get a shot. Consistently playing 5 on 4 on offense because of this.

The worse is in the beginning of the shot clock when he casually walks across the court with the ball like what the hell are you doing?
