Why is Freedom playing at the top of the key on offense? He can't shoot so he doesn't bring his man out. He's not a good passer. He's in the zero threat position being that high up. Put Freedom on the box when he's in the game.

That guy Rozier… He’s pretty good. Where’d they dig him up?

He wasn’t clean enough for Boston’s image.

Jayson Tatum is now shooting 31.7 percent from 3-point range this season. That’s the worst percentage for a player in the Eastern Conference averaging over seven attempts per game.

Career highlight: 1973-74 championship, Boston Celtics

Career lowlight: traded for a washing machine

For screen and roll actions as well as handoffs.  If his man doesn’t come out, that’s an open 3 if a ball-handler’s man gets caught on the screen.  If Kanter’s defender does come out and switches, then he’s got a mismatch on the roll, or if his defender comes out then someone can drive the rim.  Same thing with a handoff actions.

Of course, it works a lot better if Tatum can hit the open 3 generated by the screen.  For some reason he isn’t this year.

Watching the Celtics is like watching your kid get beat-up everyday after school.

Such a helpless and clueless bunch.

If Tatum and Brown can’t hit 3s we’re pretty doomed. Because they refuse to adjust and attack the hoop and create opportunities for others.

Disappointing loss. Hornets are a lot more cohesive and fun to watch.

According to Brown, just attacking the hoop is apparently easier said than done:

Quote
Jaylen Brown — who struggled as well, finishing 2-for-11 from three — noted that getting to the rim isn’t as easy as many suggest.

“It’s the NBA, it doesn’t really work like that,” Brown said. “You have 7-footers down there. You’ve got to make the right play.

“At times we tried to be overly aggressive and get to the basket anyway, but sometimes that leads to turnovers and even worse basketball, so we have to keep taking the open shots.”

Excuses or legit?
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Excuses lolol.

Oh, so you got 7 footers in there so you not gonna attack the rim so you just gonna hover around the 3 point arc and shoot 3's and miss?

We've become a p---weak organisation with nothing resembling internal fortitude and the want to get dirty and fight. That starts with our crap owners.

46 attempts from three-point-line tonite.

Does Ime think that these shots are just going to magically start going in at some point ?
What goes thru the guy's head ? Celtics are not a good shooting team, so start scheming to our strengths.
