I guess I have to accept that we just aren’t that good. We are equal to the Hornets and Nets. We will get bounced in round 1.

On the positive side they’ve brought a lot of energy on the offensive end at least...just execution is lacking and not getting back in transition and they didn’t block out on that last Houston possession 4 players looking at the ball nobody blocked out thankfully they got the rebound

Brown 3 was ill advised.
Not a good shot at all.

The D though has picked up which is nice.

Yeah, no need for that type of 3. Just pull it back out if the shots not there in transition and let the offense set.

Stevens needs to emphasise to drive to the rim.

Stop taking threes that are not part of a broken play.

I think a big part is matchups...we can match up against the EC teams but teams that run us off the floor in transition we struggle against

Jaylens travel notwithstanding (btw, I thought Tatum could have been called for steps on his breakaway earlier), Brown MUST be moved to the starting lineup.  His defense is making a difference. His fsllaway is becoming a weapon — he still has trouble with the handle in the paint... but. a change must be made.

This team is just so frustrating.

You can see when they play with intensity on the defensive end good things happen.  But the effort is just so inconsistent, and seems to show up in limited spurts, at best.

Also, Tatum is really developing some bad habits that he needs to rectify soon.
