I expected Miami to get out to a strong fast start.

There backs are against the wall, its a must win for them. Nothing  out of the ordinary here.

So they changed their mind about the sweep without sending the fans a memo? Even factoring how strongly the Heat have started we're looking very disjointed in the early going.
