I hope you're joking.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Lost in another thread, here's my fantasy idea to piggyback on the Darko deal:

Darko has tons of untapped potential, but expectations were too high after going #2 in the draft.  He's a good passer and shooter, high-post guy, and defender, so he should be a perfect fit for the triangle offense, and should probably start next to KLove or Al (which is the problem...which one?).

Any chance we get in on this with the Nate/House trade?

Here's one that works on ESPN's trade machine:

BOS:  Nate, Gomes
NYK:  House, Giddens(cut), Cardinal (and BOS 2nd round pick)
MIN:  Darko, Scal (and BOS 1st round pick)

I'm not sure how picks work for salary in trades, but I'd swap a late 1st rounder for Gomes and Scal's expiring.  He'd be a decent big 3/small 4 off the bench, and the last 2 years of his deal are only partially guaranteed.  Minny could get more for him, but I'm hoping they see him as a too-expensive backup on their squad, and comparable enough to Scal, who would cost half as much or less than Gomes.

Still doesn't work in the trade checker.

It's close, though, within around $35k.  It could very well be that the salary commonly reported for one of the three players -- Robinson, House, or Giddens -- is incorrect.

For instance, players often have certain bonuses in their contracts, which are not, I believe, reflected in the salaries reported on sites like shamsports, hoopshype, etc.

Also, I'm unsure of whether Robinson's $1 million playoff bonus has to be factored into the trade, as it is now "likely to be achieved", rather than "unlikely to be achieved".

It's close. I bet if you add Shelden, it works. [Nope, no dice there, either.]

I doubt Robinson's playoff bonus (sheesh) can be factored in.

I think this trade only goes through if a third team is involved.

If all it takes is to include Giddens, I find it funny that the deal isn't finalized yet.

Getting rid of Eddie House and Giddens in one trade and getting back an electric bench scorer who can keep the pressure on while Rondo is resting?

I LOVE YOU DANNY!!!

I hate to say it, but Nate might be the ONLY Celtic who could score 40+ points in a game now...Heaven knows none of the Big 3 can anymore.

I still think Pierce can score 40 in a game, I'm absolutely sure Ray Allen can, he drop 51 before 9 months on Bulls, he just need to be feed with the ball and he'll find his game, Nate I don't think so, because he won't get so much shots
