Deion Waters signing with the Knicks...Heat might lose him and still not get GH
Oh good, he might have helped the Lakers.

Am I the only one who thinks Fultz's shot looks different?

I had the same exact thought. Looks less smooth.

Looks like he's dipping it and bringing it out in front of him more. It's not near as smooth or fluid as it was in college. Extra movement on it.

Not sure why he, of all people, would radically change his form before playing a single NBA game.

Could have played a part in his lackluster pre-draft workouts. Whatever the case, something has changed with his shot.

I was a bit underwhelmed by him. I thought he'd be a bit more dominant, but I'll hold off on my judgment about him until I see him play a bit more. I still do think his mentality might be an issue with him not being fully committed and aggressive all of the time.

Good, better them than the lakers.  And the knicks still suck.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Jaylen Brown has looked real good. But Tatum has also looked real promising. Both guys look like they deserve minutes, at least from their offensive output. Haven't been paying too much attention to defense this game.

A big thanks (and TPs) to all the people writing about the game. I can't see it, but love reading about it!

He has tremendous pressure on him now, and I don't think he's up for the task. He will be a good scorer in this league, that's about it.

Was it just me or did Brown lose his focus towards the end of the half?

After that stretch of awesome plays in the 2nd it seemed like he became self-aware of how well he was playing and started overthinking/forcing things instead of breaking down the defense the way he had been. The charge and the turnover with the pass to the corner are 2 examples.

He still has a ways to go mentally, but we're seeing flashes of the player he could become.

I think he'll really benefit from NBA spacing. He's so good at generating space with his herky jerky dribble moves, I think once there's space those moves will end with him at the rim with space, especially alongside someone like Embiid.
