Milwaukee (ninth place) are 5.5 games behind us. We are going to have to be extremely unlucky and/or bad not to make the playoffs. Hope I didn't jinx us now... I could actually see us sneak up on some of the other teams (ATL, ORL) and maybe end up as fifth or sixth seed on the season. We'll see.

TP for the optimism. ATL and ORL are certainly within striking distance.

Lakers had better hope to NOT face MEM in the 1st round...Zach will be back in full force by then, and TA would give Kobe some problems for sure.

Ugly matchup for them.

Bumping this sucker before CelticsBlog implodes with Sky is falling threads.

We played our hearts out, if you didn't see it, you clearly need glasses.

PS. Lakers ft advantage: 26-12. Remind you of something?

Thank You, ACF. Good pre-emptive move.

Like I posted in the Game Thread - Tough Loss, but I'm happy with BOS's effort tonight.

Yep, this was a great effort for the guys after the knock out blow of hearing Wilcox's problem...how demoralizing for them , but yet they played a great game anyway.

Three CHEERS !!!!

Go Celtics !! :)

Really good showing by Bradley and Stiesma. Bass was outmatched on defense; but contributed offensively. Big three were well the aging big three, but hung tough and played great D in spurts.

Steamer showed he can mix it with some of the best big men in the NBA.

We had no recognised C. Period.

For all the media hype/rivalry crap, it's just one game. Doesn't count for any more than a game against the Bobcats.

I thought Bynum pretty bulled his way through Greg most of the game.   However, Greg did have that killer block.

I don't have lots of optimism, and I don't feel good right now, but I think it's good if all of you do

Everytime this team is down they bounce back.  I am like eja117 though and I don't have lots of optimism.   But I hope they prove me wrong.
