I love Lance Stephenson.

Danny's history is that he gets rid of talented knuckleheads.  So we'll never find out.

He does seem to have the edge that we all wish Jeff Green had. Whether or not he would fit in with this current Cs squad is another story, but you have to appreciate his intensity on the court.

Regardless of whether or not it was in good taste or not, you have to respect the fact that SOMEONE on the Pacers is trying to do something to get under MIA's skin...

Nearly every successful team has had an "Edge" player...we had Perk, Lakers had Metta....just someone willing to push buttons.

I doubt that Indy gives him up for cheap, though...Larry has to recognize how valuable this guy is.

Agreed, but in this scenario, Celts would have Stephenson at the 2 and then acquire another PG.

For Indy, they finally get a legit PG and can move Hill over to the 2.

Personally, I don't envision any other PG successfully running the Celtics. If Rondo goes, the rebuild will take much longer. Danny would be fired if he made a Rondo for Stephenson swap.

I really like what this guy is doing.  Outside of David West, he's been the only consistent player on the team and I like the fact that he's thinking outside of the box as far as all his antics.  It might pay off.

He'd fit in great as a Celtic because we are a team of character and he has that in loads but only as a backup to Rondo, not in place of Rondo.
