Well I look at it like this ...sure Doc makes millions. ,   but that deosn't make him a robot (spobot)   ::)  ....he can and will make a few poor choices....thats why coaches are older guys , and not 25year old .   It takes alot of years and experience decision making to make the right calls.

Doc is learning everyday day too... the longer he is coach of one team the better he knows his job and the better result he half reguardless of the players. 

Right now I wouldn't trade Doc for any other coach including Thibs.   

I do like the N.O. Hornets coach ...I think he is the best young coach in the league and the grizzles also have an excellent coach.

But , no I wouldn't trade our "DOC" for anybody. ...including Coach PoP/

Activate sean williams or someone from the inactive list.....while bradley is out......we need to try someone new....or we will hve to wait till next year......you keep playing ray allen while hurt..you will have an early retirement....and maybe williams or jjj can help on lebron should we get there......what we have been doing isn't working....never expect new results from the same formula...!
