Cleveland was favored to win the title two years in a row, we know how that ended. ;)

LA 2nd, BOS 3rd, SA 4th

Discuss...

  Hahaha.

That was one more "ha" than the discussion warrants.

LA's a threat, but have they looked remotely unbeatable? And has Miami shown that they can handle teams like Boston and Chicago?

Shutting down their other players not named Kobe, making Kobe work for his points, doing a good job rebounding against them, and out toughening them.

And for us having good heatlh.  Those are ways I could see us beating LA.

Because they played one good game against a good team?

How is anyone going to beat Chicago?  That are making the Heat cry!!!!

How is anyone going to beat Cleveland?  They beat the Knicks three times!!!

How is anyone going to beat me?  I haven't lost to an NBA team all season!!!    ;)

This cracked me up! TP for sure. However, Chicago is an actual threat.... If only they could go into a four-game slump.

here we go, spurs pull a no-show in a game the lakers have to win, and suddenly L.A. is unbeatable. this sounds like something i heard on espn.

We understand you don't like the trade but we beat the heat twice pretty handily (don't just look at the score) with shaq at center. We all loved Perk but he was no Bill Russel and he barely played this year. He is gone and not coming back lets just root for the celtics who continue to be the best team in the east and added a lot of depth and lost an injured center and a chucker point guard.

Lakers should be favored but I would still bet on the Celtics.

Miami better than Boston and Chicago? Id like to hear your reasoning.

Let them be the favorites... as long as the Celtics get #18, I don't care about it.

Back in the 2008 finals, the Lakers were almost unanimous favorites to beat the Celtics, but they were crushed. And if KG wouldn't hurt his knee, we would probably be talking about getting #20 after a three-peat.

Bienvenido, Álex. I guess you won't be a bandwagon fan for long, because you know that once a Celtic, always a Celtic (the exceptions to this rule are Brian Shaw and Rick Fox).

It's nice to see new posters, welcome to all. And TP's all around  ;)
