Man, it's been a dog's age since I did one of these.  Kickin' it old school!

Such a great team win.  I've got to spread the love around.

DWhite 2 (for playing a different spped than everyone else and being lights out from 3)
Big Al 2 (for stepping it up every way possible)
Brown 2 (for taking the mantle on offense when it was clear Tatum wasn't going to the scorer tonight)

Gotta give honorable mention Payton for big minutes tonight, Tatum for dishing it to others when the shot wasn't falling and Time Lord for being a preseince tonight - rest up big guy)....What the heck, I'll even mention Marcus for an efficient shooting night!

Go Celts!  Fun night.
Yup

Wish I could choose 7 lol. I agree, Brown + White + Al each get 2. I'd gladly give Pritchard 1 as well. Hit some big shots in the 4th and played some gritty defense and made some good passes too. Lot of things to love

I went:
3. Brown
2. Al
1. Tatum

With White the unlucky man out. I just think Tatum’s shot creation for others was too crucial in keeping us in it during the rougher spells of the game. But I could easily have given White my final vote.

Horford would have been the top guy if he didn’t get eaten alive by Looney early.

I won't say a single MVP, but I'll say four in no particular order:

Brown - came up big in the fourth and started the winning run for us;

Big Al - hit some crazy big shots in the fourth after a subpar first half;

White - was a very steady presence for us all game and hit some daggers for us in the fourth; and

Smart - similarly was steady for us all game and a major reason we stayed within striking distance, as well as hitting some daggers in the fourth and playing great D all night long (most of Steph's points came off of switches and not Smart).

All four deserve major props. And while Tatum didn't have the best game, he still played very well as a playmaker with 13 assists to 2 TOs and good D. PP played well, too. Only GWill and Timelord had average to below average games.

I only voted once, by accident, but I voted for Brown (on purpose) for that reason. I feel like he took control of the offense when the Celtics were down and turned things around, and then White and Horford spring-boarded from there.

I went with White. He kept us in the game when it was about to get out of hand, helped with the run in the 4th. Played great D, made good decisions on offense and kept the ball moving.

1 vote for White. More than 1 vote is silly.

Horford and Brown should be no-brainers, but I went with Smart over White. I just loved the way he played last night. There were several times where he easily could have pulled up for a semi-open 3 early in the shot clock, but he kept moving it. It's like he learned a lesson from MIA game 7 and it paid off. But I get it, White was unreal - tough decision between the two.

I’d call that an average game for him in the postseason.

Yeah, I had to give PP 1 because of the Q4 performance when Ime had Smart on the bench.
