Third game in four nights for us, along with the second night of a back to back.

This long break of one game in nine days will do wonders for us I think. We still look like we're dealing with quite a bit of fatigue.
Practice time. Finally.

With those two late assists by Kyrie, the team had a measly 4 assists in the first half.

Good grief.

Yup.  Shows how important Al Horford is.

It also doesn't help that Baynes co-leads the team in shot attempts with 9, though to his credit he did make 4 of them which is much better than our team's total shooting %.

It's starting to feel like Jaylen is mentally breaking down his drives into two parts: the penetration and the finish...and promptly forgetting about the finish part until the penetration is 100% complete.  Like every time his reaction is "Oh @$@$ the rim!" as if he's surprised he's going to need to get the ball also into the hoop.

I wish he would just take up with physicality more. He tries to get too cute at times.

Agreed he has the physical tools to attack the rim like a knife.

Honestly, this is exactly where his major flaw bites the team.  Perhaps he would like to go in more physical where the majority of time he will get to the foul line (like Tatum does).  But if you were him, would you be playing for more opportunities there or going cutesy-finesse to just get your two without relying on your free three prowess?

Hopefully they can shoot in the 2nd half.

Yeah if our starting two guard is afraid to get fouled that is a big big problem.

Even with how well The Nets played and how many lucky bounces they got, it's only a 2 point game. Keeping games close even when you play badly is a sign of a really good team.

Are you freaking kidding me? They don't even see the foul and just simply react to RHJ going down, so they go to the replay for it??

This whole replay stuff is becoming non-sense with how they're using it.

What a ridiculous call, and they called it retrospectively. Total BS. NBA officiating is such a joke.

How is that a foul on Aron "The Wall" Baynes?

Dude looked like he was hammered but not surprisingly he's still playing. What a weak league. Bird would average 50 a game in this league where no one can touch anyone!

Zeller gets away with a massive hack on Baynes.  OK then.
