currently, not necessarily in order

1. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
2. The Office
3. 30 Rock
4. How I Met Your Mother
5. Family Guy

If I'm talking all-time, Seinfeld and The Simpsons would probably bump off HIMYM and Family Guy

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Arrested Development
Cheers
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Seinfeld
30 Rock?

Lots of more recent stuff...guess my memory isn't that good.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Man, I know you really like it, and you're entitled to your opinion, but The Big Bang Theory? If you're talking about today, then I don't really care either way, but there's a lot of past comedies that you've got to give some respect to over The Big Bang Theory.

I would say, if a current show is going to be included on this list, it has to be either the Simpsons or the Office.

Found this list of top 50:  http://television.aol.com/insidetv/2008/04/01/best-tv-comedies/

Their top 15:

#1 - The Simpsons
#2 - Seinfeld
#3 - All in the Family
#4 - The Mary Tyler Moore Show
#5 - Cheers
#6 - MASH
#7 - The Cosby Show
#8 - Roseanne
#9 - I Love Lucy
#10 - Friends
#11 - The Honeymooners
#12 - The Larry Sanders Show
#13 - The Bob Newhart Show
#14 - The Office
#15 - Fraiser

Tough to really argue with much of the list.

I would definitely put Seinfeld and The Cosby Show somewhere in my top 5... and then it's tough for me, because I don't want to overrate current shows that I find hilarious like The Office.

MASH

(current shows:  Two & Half Men and How I Met Your Mother are also f'n hysterical, but they need longevity to make the list)
