Sound isn't the greatest but this is pretty awesome.

  • On To Banner 19!
Sad day, will miss him. Really would be nice if the C's could send him out on top this year with Banner 18

I remember his entire career. His interplay with Tommy was priceless.

Mike told a great story at half time about meeting with Tommy to try to get him to do color on a few Providence College games and coming out of the meeting with a life insurance policy, lol.

Im going to miss Mike. He has a feel for the game that other announcers don't - you can tell he actually played it at a decent level. And given the choice between being a 'personality' and being understated - with basketball I'll take understated.

Mike has been the announcer for the whole time I’ve been a Celtics fan just about. He is irreplaceable and will be missed. I’m excited about Drew, he’s only mid 20s and has a lot of promise. But he would be best swerved being Drew Carter and not another version of Mike, because there’s only one Mike  :police:
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

I feel absolutely spoiled to have grown up with Mike and Tommy. No one does play-by-play better than Mike Gorman. No one.
