;)

Yes, our TP Pageant has gone a bit astray...Go figure ::)

Just to reiterate here are our alleged rules for our Pageant

OK, there have been a couple of instances today where people have been called out for asking for TPs for various good deeds or "Blog Mitzvahs" as it were.   Here, in an unadulterated platform, I offer up a chance to shamelessly plead for your TPs.

In 17 words or less explain why you are worthy of winning the TP Pageant.  17 TPs will be awarded to the winner.

After a day or two I'll either put up a poll or the staff can discuss a winning entry.

I'll start with my own entry:

"Because I have a Paul Pierce jersey shaved in my back hair."

Commence...

Yup

My son will be on the 2027 Celtics,
wreaking havoc with Edgar's son.
You better believe it.

  • The good ole days.
Now, I may be bias here.... but I've yet to see a more creative and insightful entry than those two acronym based posts, with both a message in the acronym and through the words created.... pure genius.    ;D

See this is just the kind of shameless self promotion that is welcome in the TP Pageant.  Sell it BT, sell it!

...and here's why Jeff is the boss not me (actually there are a bunch of reasons, but I'll stick with this one ;) ).

If I was the boss I'd say "It's my TP Pageant and you can't win or I'm taking my ball and going home :P :P :P"

Hmm...  I already threatened to ban everybody if they didn't vote for me.  I didn't get a lot of traction off of that one.

There can be no losers on Celticsblog this week, so why don't we just give everyone on the thread 17 TPs?

I'll leave you in charge of that, Redz.

Everyone missed the TP kickback for votes.

And not one requesting the information on the win a dinner with a staff member.

I think people might actually just vote for the deserving (FLCelticfan)

It's a Pageant Roy, there has to be a winner, and a bunch of losers who are pretending to be happy for the winner, or what's the purpose? ;)

(see the other two here - they are not actually happy)

Is pouting acceptable if one does not win?

Not saying I am going to pout, I would never pout if I didn't win, I was just curious.
