Talent and impact on winning are different things.
Wiggins has a ton of talent.
There's scant evidence he's ever consistently helped his team win games compared to your typical end of roster / D-League All-Star wing.
There aren't 100 players in the NBA with more raw talent than Wiggins, so long as we aren't counting feel for the game or ability to consistently bring fire / intensity / effort as "talent."
Even so, I'd rather give minutes to, say, Royce O'Neale, or Jake Layman (who happens to be on the same team as Wiggins). Those guys use far fewer possessions and cost far less money than Wiggins.
