At this point I would be actively trying to move Hayward and some others on this team

Where would you move him at this point? Who would take him? I think we are stuck with him till he starts to improve, whenever that is.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Really sad that the Spurs have less talent than Boston but are just a better team. Better coach, work harder, better schemes...Boston has a lot of guys who think they should be the man and have no desire to play team basketball

whatever makes the TEAM better at this point

3 months in of same crap. i have seen enough

i am having HUGE doubnts about brad now also. he is the HC and assumes ALL responsibility. not enough heat on him from danny IMO. if u cannot get guys to play smart and adjust then hit the road. im tired of him not railing on guys demanding what to do.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

I don't think we are going to get anything out of Hayward this season. He just is not right

We could always dump him with picks, but that's not a smart move.

FYI, dumping Hayward is not going to suddenly make this team starting winning consistently. He is not the main problem.

When he missed games earlier this season, the team played even worse.

Sick and tired of these same people. Last game Hayward played well they gang up on Brown. Now they cant blame Brown anymore they are back to their Hayward bashing. As if he wanted to get injured and not play up to his contract.  ::) Maybe you'd like to get your leg broken like that and hear people telling you that you are useless as you are just trying to get back?! Heck Derrick Rose was injured all the time in Chi and their fans generally remain supportive!

You guys make me sick! No bigtime FA should sign here because god forbid you get a potential career ending injury, these so-called fans won't support you as you recover, they will toss you aside right away.

Celtics "Fans" are really entitled like they said. Really, really entitled.

While I agree at this point he did have a life-altering injury, so I have to have empathy there.

However, I think there is no doubt that Stevens being his coach is hurting this team.

At what point does Brad say "you are not playing hard or playing well, so you are going to sit?"

C's need Baynes back badly. Let's be honest, Theis has been very underwhelming this season.

I was just going to type this.  We are missing a key def cog right now.  With Al on minutes restrictions there is a lot of pressure on Theis to hold down the fort in the middle, and that really isn't who he is.  He isn't a post defender.  How soon til Baynes is back?

I slam him more for the personnel choices tbh. Who the hell said that having only one bruiser out of 4 bigs (to me Williams needs to bulk up, rn he's a pure shot blocker but not much else) is a recipe for success? Horford is better at PF and should have significant minutes at that position, while we should be cutting down on the number of wings we have/push them up to play the 2-3. I would've liked to see a rotation of:

PG: Kyrie-Rozier-Wannamaker
SG: Brown/Smart
SF: Tatum-Hayward-Semi
PF: Horford-Morris-Yabu
C: Baynes-Theis-Williams

At least such a rotation would've mitigated the problem of only having one bruiser due to Horford's excellence at PF.

Oh please. The guy has done little to nothing for most of the season and is getting paid 30 million. He scored as many points tonight as you did. He is not make any progress. If he is unable to play then he needs to sit.
