That was the best defensive job I have seen on Giannis all season.

Raptors showed great heart tonight. I underestimated them.

Kawhi showed great guts playing through his injury to carry team on his back. If he had played more games this season it would be a 3 man race for MVP.

Pretty crazy: 4 of the 5 MIL starters shot poorly, and Giannis scored only 12 points, and it STILL took overtime for the Raptors to win. I don't think this series is gonna last long.

According to ESPN, here are Giannis' stats depending on who was guarding him:

vs Kawhi: 2pts, 1-9 from the floor
vs Everyone else: 10 pts, 4-7 from the floor

Kawhi could win MVP and Defensive player of the Year same year Finals MVP and and NBA Championship all in the same year over the next 5 years... That's how good he is.

Thats because a few raptors made boneheaded plays

Like missing final play fts... both shots

Raps should have won earlier

I expect them to tie up the series

What was Pop thinking not taking Jaylen Brown and a couple of picks for Leonard lol.

I think I might've also threw in Tatum too but take back a couple of picks lol. Ahhhh hindsight 20/20.

Middleton is a bonehead when he’s not playing the Cs

As I was saying

Many teams love playing the Cs when they want to get over their funk.

There is just no respecting from other teams.. They come in and smell blood, Giannis put it mildly.. He never really feel threatened when the Cs were up 1-0 but right now feels threatened against the Klaw and he should.. If this series is tied there is no guarantee the Bucks will win at home.

Giannis said what many here said. Even long before the playoffs ... This team had serious issues. It was obvious to forum posters but the players and the coaches ?!?!??!

Boston never offered Jaylen Brown.

Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson

I think the most likely scenario would be sign with Toronto get the max deal however Kawhi will make a private deal with Masai saying I'll give you guys 2 years let's build to win then trade me to LA... Toronto would do that for him

It'd make a ton more sense for him to just sign a 3 yr deal with an opt out after the 2nd year wouldn't it? That'd position him to take advantage of the 10 yr vet pay bump.

Logic aside, its just an incredibly implausible scenario. What if Masai steps down in a year? The new GM would be under no obligation to honor any handshake agreements. What if Masai just reneges? What if both LA teams squander their assets? Will Toronto still be obligated to make a deal if there's nothing of value there anymore?

It's not exactly a defensive masterclass at this point.
