Hill will start over Clarkson and Hood probably does over Smith.

They can try to raise the price but it seems no one is currently interested in the current price.

Remember, Cavs are desperate.   Must make Lebron happy about current and future.

Celtics are not desperate.

Joe Johnson could be a potential buyout candidate after being traded to Sacramento.

Shouldn't Ainge target him if that's the case?? #BringBigJoeBackToBoston

I haven't really watched him for a while. How does he look lately?
He has been playing decently off the bench avg. 7.3 ppg in only 21 min. However, he has been really bad at shooting from the 3 point line only making 27% of the shots he takes from there.
What's decent about 12 pp36 from a player that doesn't bring defense, sharpshooting, or other production?
Doesn't really matter what his pp36 is. It's an empty stat category if you ask me. Sure his defense is suspect but he will provide leadership and some scoring off the bench which our current 2nd unit has been struggling with.
You can get leadership, 7 ppg, and 27% from three from Marcus Smart.  ::) ::) ::)
Hahaha that one made me laugh, TP. I still, however, think that Joe can shoot better from the three point line than Smart. He shot 35% from three in the month of January and so far he's shooting 33% in February.

Rose is likely to get released:

Probably, but I'd rather just fork over the pick and get Evans.

Could the Celtics find a use for him off the bench as an offensive spark?   Can he still even provide that?

I'd give up a first as well but knowing that Danny is pretty stubborn we will probably end up not getting Evans.

I hope Danny never ponders that thought

Does adding Tyreke Evans now even matter that much?

On paper CLE got a lot better and also younger (better defense too)

He hasn't looked good at all this season. And furthermore, he's very injury prone. Think Danny will pass on him.

Celtics are not desperate.

Cavs are desparate yet made significant moves to update their roster without giving up the 2018 nets first

Their future even without Lebron next season, looks brighter
