Feel bad for his dad/coach. He seemed to understand what needed to be done for working but sully is now out of nba at a young age. Too bad
I honestly feel like Sullinger is sort of a victim of modern NBA. All the old guys constantly talk about how much better basketball was in their day but the reality is the NBA has never been so talented and deep in its history. 10 years ago Sullinger and lazy guys like him could have stayed on a roster even though they were out of shape, just because they were tall, physical and good rebounders. Now the game is so much more skilled and faster that if you don't work at your game or are extremely fit you are going to get pushed out e.g. Cameron Oliver, a rookie just got signed by the Rockets and a lot of people loved, broke his hand and was going to be out 6-8 weeks was cut because Houston was short at the guard position, now who knows if Oliver will ever get back in the NBA.
