At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

With summer league training camp on the horizon, the Boston Celtics are at the final stages of solidifying their team for Las Vegas. The Celtics summer-league roster will feature former first-round pick Udoka Azubuike, according to a team source who was granted anonymity because they were not authorized to speak on the record. Azubuike spent his first three seasons in the league with the Utah Jazz. Danny Ainge’s front office declined his fourth-year team option before last season. Azubuike only scored 125 points in 359 minutes last season and had a few decent showings when he started for the meaningless final week of last season. – via Jared Weiss @ The Athletic

He could be nice on a two-way. Thanks Danny.

Eugene German has apparently changed his mind and will play for the Suns instead.

Brad and Joe already have Jordan practicing corner 3’s.

Celtics summer league roster:

I'm curious to see some of these guys. Sam Griesel and Olek Balcerowski... Griesel reminds me of one of those Miami hustle guys and Balcerowski is a skilled big that can shoot from 3.

TP for the insight. I have no idea who 90% of these guys are.

Bodon is another I'm excited to see.  With potentially 3 x 2 way spots open I'm sure they will all come from this group.  Bodon is a lengthy wing, Olek a big to replace Kornet next year.

Will be interesting to see how Chet Holmgren and Brandon Miller look tonight… Chet reportedly put on 13 lbs of muscle. He’s going to need it.

Excited about Bodon and that big Polish dude too. Could be excellent candidates for 2 ways.

Celtic Summer League teams recently have been very well coached and do well. Hope that trend continues.

Funny seeing Nick Nurse coaching 76er Summer League squad.  Dude wants to get a jump on getting his system installed.

Think Brad took the wrong Champagnie brother… Julian looking good early on for the Spurs.
