  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I think Danny really killed it with this latest draft.

Langford is a mystery, but Williams, Edwards and Waters all look like future NBA rotation guys.

That third quarter had to be seen to be believed he was just ridiculous, total microwave

To be honest I'm more impressed by the fact that he had a mediocre first half then completely turned things around at the start of the 2nd.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

The Curry comparisons are kind of off base, Curry was a much better ball handler and passer, ditto for IT. Maybe a smaller Vinnie Johnson who's a worse slasher but much better shooter?
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA

I like the nickname “the microwave” for Edwards.  He gets hot fast.

It's only preseason and Carsen is already making a lot of noise.

Agreed, gotta give credit where credit is due.  This is the first year I can remember Ainge drafting more than 1 NBA quality player.

Can't use that. Piston Vinnie Johnson was the original one

2004.

Ainge drafted Al Jefferson, Tony Allen, and Delonte West in the 1st round.

It looks promising that Edwards had the confidence to even launch from that deep coming into the half-court. I guess it’s impossible to guess how good a player he is. Can he have a lot of games peppered in an nba season where he’s dropping like 6 threes at a good percentage? Maybe more likely if he was a starting pg.
Steph Curry is an all time great for Edwards to look at from a dribbling standpoint I think. He clearly has a ton of confidence in his shot.
