Tatum and Rozier look like they're having yet another good game.

They are playing good not great. Larkin and Bird have played well off the bench.  Especially Larkin.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I expected Larkin to get cut when he was first signed, but he has looked like a rotation player some games, and at worst a deep bench guy. I'm very impressed

Same. I know it's the bombastic side of me, but I want to keep him around going forward haha

If he's okay with making the minimum long term, I'd be all for it

Larkin's play making isn't too shabby. With the lack of Smart and Hayward, he really comes in handy.
