JB and Smart or White, but only if JB has shared intent to leave after next season.  Not seeing the motivation for JB to share intent to leave unless it was specifically to instigate a trade to Brooklyn.

Don’t do it. We have depth, a top 10 player, and a top 30 player. Both are young.

We want to trade that depth for another top 10 (not top 5) player that has been hard to please? Are we trying to become the Lakers, who are challenged by their lack of depth and are restricted to make moves because of their aging players under contract?

Did you guys think that KD’s performance this year was worth it? He looked old. Still a great shooter.

I think Durant is still a top 5 offensive force in the comp, alongside Jokic, Doncic, LeBron and Curry. Transformative impact. I also think he'd do better with more reliable teammates, insofar as taking the stress of him

KD is not Lebron, who is still driving to the basket. The Tatum and KD pull up fest will get old.

For the remaining duration of Brown's contract, I think he will be superior (by a significant margin).

I also don't share your concern over that "getting old". Two of the premier scorers in the league, both of whom are above average passers, sounds great. KD was essentially a 30/7/6 guy on near 50/40/90.

Worth it to me. I think it makes us nigh on unstoppable

Not sure Brad feels like JB is going to resign so might as well move  him now. Not sure if this doesn’t happen how JB responds.

I wouldn't make the trade for Jaylen - but now that it's on the table I almost feel like we have to.

I feel like White and Smart are almost interchangeable so that's really a non-factor in the whole deal in all honesty. Obviously Smart is better defensively, but I think Whites ability to know his role cancels out the superior defense of Smart.

I think it's a matter if you are willing to trade Jaylen for Durant. I personally would not, but now the news has broke I truly believe Jaylen is a goner no matter what so better make it happen for Durant.

I feel like we meet in the middle Jaylen/Smart and a pick for Durant.

My biggest concern is Durants attitude - he's gone in public with the Boston is racist and he's had Kyrie poisoning his brain about Boston for 2 years now. This has the making to be Kyrie 2.0 and I don't like it.

My thought has been, offer Brown if and only if he's likely to leave.  Once you make that offer, though, I think it pushes him further out the door.
