I didn’t think it was a very good strategy, but have to say the game yesterday was incredible to watch. Home court advantage wasn’t worth the brutal draw they gave themselves, Imo. Nets, Bucks, Heat is by far the most difficult path to the finals. Hopefully the C’s make it and I have a feeling the Warriors will be waiting if they do.

What do you mean the Warriors will be waiting... We will get there first  ;D

Hey, I hope you’re right, but the Warriors have a much easier path to get there. I could see them sweeping every team they play to the finals, especially with the injury to Booker. Celtics/Warriors finals will be incredible.  :)

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I was anxious about the Nets

But man, the only series in the playoffs to be a blowout currently right?
Us and Golden State are the only two remaining chances at sweeping.

I predicted Nets in 6, THEN changed it to C's in 6 a few days before the series started, and then before Game 3 said that if Boston wins Game 3 then I think they'll sweep. And honestly, I think they will get the sweep.

The Nets look checked out, including Irving and KD. And the thing is, it's not like KD + Kyrie are doing well and the rest of the team sucks. The rest of the team, especially Bruce Brown are actually balling and playing solid defense for large stretches. But the Nets still look outmatched this series. The C's are younger, faster and much more active on defense and it shows. The Nets also had a game where the refs helped them (Game 2, lot of tacky fouls and KD went to the FT line 20 TIMES) and they still lost by nearly double digits

I've always maintained Cs in 5. Maybe we could sweep, but I'm pretty happy with that prediction.

A few other series' have been hit by big injuries (Booker, Middleton, Doncic, Toronto guys), but not ours thankfully. Well, besides TL.

Toronto up 11 against a bruised Philly team, looking to force a game 6.

Meanwhile, we're the first team to progress to the next round. I think we chose the right path

Looks like it.  I think we would have swept Toronto or Chicago as well, though.

That's true, but either way I'm pretty happy with how we went, and we have more HCA this way. Good for us to go get some rest

Yeah…Path of most resistant was not a good strategy. Least the C’s had home court and they are not ducking anyone…  :-X

Against the champions no less, but I'm sure Celticsblog will assume the team will be swept now.  ;D

I'm not panicking but I never thought we were in this one. Gotta make open shots.

Freedom would not have been free inside the paint today either lol, and he'd be a massive liability on the other end anyways
