Nice job, E-Rod... 👌

Still can’t believe the Sox didn’t bring in a starting pitcher before the trade deadline. It seemed pretty clear that many of the starters were pitching above their ability level. It was never going to be sustainable.

He was bad tonight, but given that Boston's offense is wretched, it doesn't matter.

He was atrocious tonight though for sure.

How about Sale giving up 5 runs in first and gone and we storm back and are ahead 8-5 on some clutch bombs! Lets go!!

Nice win.  Now let’s have our starter pitch deeper than the second inning in game 3.

That comment was about last night’s game.

I read it as the team in general not that game.  My bad.

Houck was absolutely filthy.

We'll probably see some funky pitching lineups for the rest of this series.

My prediction for game 4 is E Rod goes 2 or 3, then Sale for 2 or 3 then pen.

And if game 5 needed, maybe Houck and Eovaldi go 3 each.

Perez has been great lately too and hasn't pitched yet.

Was talking about Erod. He was atrocious. Not as bad as Sale tonight though. But the offense came alive tonight. Not sure how often they will get 20 hits a game but we need them to keep hitting because I think we have some rotation problems going forward. Eovaldi's just about the only guy that I really trust right now. Tanner was awesome though, I would be ok with him starting a Game 5 if needed. This team isn't the most talented but it's showing a lot of heart right now  :)

The difference in the crowd and crowd noise between Tampa and Boston is palpable.

What would a Red Sox postseason be without a 5+ hour extra inning game?

What a lucky break with that ground rule double. Let’s not waste it

I think the announcers are right. That play could lead to a rule change.

Now finish this!!!!
