Zach Lowe says it's the 2017 BRK pick specifically.

Have heard same -- specifically '17 Nets pick, per sources. So much posturing this time of year...Zach Lowe added,

Update on Boston, Indy: Boston hasn't met Indiana's asking price on Paul George, but Nets pick has entered conversation now, sources say.

Wish we could do it for the 18 but if there's not too much on top of it - say Bradley and some lesser stuff - I'd get behind it. George could be a game-changer, and he's won (some) in the playoffs.

I think you need to pull the trigger. If you're signing up players like Horford for big money, you're in win now mode. PG is 26, and will be a stud for at least 5-6 more years. Go for it..

I agree. I'm reluctant to give it up for Butler (though I know he's been better than George this year) but you pull the trigger on the 17 for George, unless they're talking like 3 more good players/picks with it.  He could be a game-changer like I said. Can go toe-to-toe with LeBron in the playoffs and sometimes even outplay him. All-Star caliber guys at PG, wing and big, talented role players around them, solid depth. Gotta go for it.

Would love to see 17 BRK/Bradley/a 2nd/salary filler. But I feel like they'd push for one more nice piece like Brown/Crowder/Smart, or to dump a contract on us too.

I'd be fine with Brown and the Nets pick for PG - especially if we're keeping the '18 nets pick.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

Especially since Brown will be stuck behind George anyways

George will just become the Danny Granger to Jaylen's young PG.  ;)

In all seriousness I probably pull the trigger on that too.  Would really love to see Brown develop here though.

Unless of course he can start at SG.  Which of course Brown has shown he can.

That's why you're not GM Bo. Too much.

I will admit that I don't believe he suffers from CelticsBlog Okafor Syndrome. Right now, I cringe every time he has the ball in his hands.

Your second sentence I don't understand.

If Boston can keep Brown, Smart as well as their core and get PG...I am good.

Would not mind seeing rozier or bradley go...

AB's handles were WAY worse when he first came to the League. He'd dribble it off his foot with in the first two minutes he was out there.

this is true, when Bradley first came into the league, I remembered I had to count the amount of turnovers he committed whenever he tries to make a play. He has improved miles compared to his 2-3rd year
