Same as well. The more interesting question is who do you have as the MVP for the first 2 games? I think JB slightly over Jrue?

Yeh. I think I went 3 jb, 2 KP , 1 Tatum last game, so by that measure totals would be JB 4, Jrue 3, Tatum 2 Ko 2, DW 1.  But I very easily could be convinced to have given a point to Jrue in game 1,
Yup

Not enough votes for this one, lol.  JB and JT deserve more than one for the work they put in but Jrue needs three for his performance tonight and White's fourth quarter was crucial.

White because of that timely 3 and block. Jrue was our top scorer and incredibly efficient. But Tatum had such a huge impact on the game.

Speaking of, when is Tatum gonna get superstar calls?? I thought he drove a lot and should?ve gotten to the line a lot more than he did.

Love the Pritchard vote.

A million years ago when I did these for every game I had some sort of system for keeping totals for the whole season.  There was one person who would come in just to vote for Scal whenever he played.  It skewed the stats a bit, but I appreciated their loyalty.

The Tatum centric Celtics fans are truly bizarre at this point. Yes he had a decent all around game but the guy can?t throw it in the ocean and he looks visibly in his own head/scared and no he?s not being quadruple teamed on every play. He missed plenty of good looks and 1 on 1 opportunities. He deserves maybe a pity vote in this MVP poll.

I don't know about "pity vote", since he was excellent passing, rebounding and defending.  But, it's also hard for me to say that he was the MVP last night.  That was Jrue.

Imagine having a team that is 6 or 7 deep scoring that allows your best player to have off nights. He has not scored well...yet. But I would not announce him dead and buried just yet. He is doing other things to facilitate winning.

He is going to be very important in the next 2 games on the road.  Big game scoring from him is coming IMO.

I agree. He will be needed to carry more of the offensive load for sure at some point. It is up to Joe to find a way to get him involved in that area.
