Terrible reffing. Too many touch fouls and non existent calls in Orlando's favour and the C's get nothing.

We need to watch the second chance points and defend the paint better.

On the plus side, Sammy got ejected - quick, somebody go update the records thread!

  • Yup
Rashard Lewis does some pretty crazy foot work with his non-pivot foot in the post.  It's like he has an Inspector Gadget extender on his leg.  And it's a not a travel, he keeps his pivot foot planted.
Yup

Oh wow Rondo... pretty nice looking crossover and layup right there
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

Nice of the refs to grandfather Anthony Johnson into the 1989 rules of contact.

And Tommy's right - the refs are trying to equalize things on the foul count this half.

  • Let's Go Celtics
Can't seem to stay pulled away from these guys.  I'd give the starters some heavy minutes tonight.  We're home all week and their minutes have all been down.

I want 24 minutes from Rondo in the second half.  I know Doc hates to do that, but tonight we're a much better team when he's on the court.  He's young, he has the legs for it.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

TP we can't let this one go rest the starters at the end of the 3rd and a little into the 4th but that's it, Rondo should play the rest of the way.
