25 pts, 9 reb, 2 stls vs Cavs

Still not impressed?  Kid has all kinds of moves to get to the basket.  He hasnt taken many 3 pt shots but has made around 35-38 percent.  I would like to him utilitize the dribble stop and pop more

Best game by far... he continued to get to the basket and finished... even had a few and 1's.. Seeing improvement every game... Im happy they went with Brown even though Dunn is more of a "safe" player..

Like someone mentioned earlier, you also have to think where Brown will be when he is Dunn's age.

The spin move is stupid. I foresee CBS, Brown, and chalkboard with "I will not needlessly spin" written a few hundred times in Brown's near future.

I dunno. It looks an awful lot like the spin move that basically made D Wade's career.

Reminder -- It's summer league guys.  But hopefully, Brown builds on his summer league experience and makes progress and improvements.  That's what we need to see on a continual basis.  I do find it encouraging that he has made a living at the free throw line.  Drawing fouls is a good skill at the NBA level and will definitely help boost his scoring value.

Safer but a pain in the azz to have on the roster. Too many guards

Once smart or dunn warm the bench with not enough mins to go around, their values drop by 20-30 percent

That last spin move was nasty and NOT  unecessary.

I've been really impressed with his ballhandling so far. I had read over and over again that handling was a weakness for him but he seems to have terrific skills for a SF.

If Brown would learn to shoot a hook shot with either hand, he could easily score 20 points a game.

This guys has so many ways to score, when he puts it all together he's going to be scary good.

Loving what I see in this kid. Yeah he's got a lot to work on bit man, this kid generates fouls. He's still only 19 man. Wait till he's 24-25 in his prime. Can't wait for the season

In time, he will learn to finish through contact, and get quite a few "and one" calls. His ball handle is better than I expected, and he's very aggressive. His Defense will be special for sure.

Experienced NBA Defenders are going to try to take away that aggressiveness to the bucket, IF he develops a one step, pop-up jumper, he'll be a real "nice" player. But IF he develops a 3 point shot...watch out.

I don't know how some around here don't like him. But that's par for the course.

I didn't like him and much wanted Dunn, but I have to admit that I was wrong.  It's not just that he was scoring 20 points, its that he was doing it on a variety of moves.  He had a fadeaway and some other stuff that looked for real.

Absolutely. I don't know what people were talking about him being an athlete not a hoop player either.

I see Len Bias at 19. All the tools, great feel for game.  Very good rebounder for position, good defense can create his own offense.
