Title: Help With Image Editing

Can anyone edit out the background of this image for me?   Whenever I try I lose some of the outline by the fish's eye and have bits and pieces of the background color scattered.  I'd like just the cod and the cape.  If you can easily do this, please help!  I'm getting frustrated!  Thanks
