If the Celts keep playing like this and losing, plus Heat and Pacer keep their hot streaks alive

I wouldn't be surprised if the Celts end up 5th

Celtics bench production is pretty weak.  Semi and Gwill are unreliable offensively.  Wannaker is good for like 6 pts.   Smart for like 8pts.

CBS has zero trust in Langford.   Only plays him when he has no choice (foul trouble).

You can't get far in this league with an inferior bench.

Our bench will get devoured in the playoffs.
I'm fine with our bench. The C's have 5 go-to scorers in Kemba, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kanter (+Edwards). At least one of them is always on the court to lead the second unit. No need for more firepower, imo. What we need is role players who are happy to play off the ball. That's exactly what we have on our bench.

The way I see it,
- we should upgrade the C position
- we could have a use for a deadly shooter off the bench. Ideally, a 3+D type of player.

I'm confident that we can find a shooter in the upcoming draft. Not sure how we could upgrade the C position though.
