Big bruiser defensive bigs are hard to find. And Cs wiil not get passed Philly without one.  I say keep Bynes.  Also, he should be cheaper than Smart.

Have to admit; i’d hate to lose Smart.  We probably need him more than Rozzier ....if you have to keep a backup Guard.

I don't think that's true. There are a lot of big men floating around the NBA right with Baynes' skillset. There are almost none that have Marcus Smart's defensive versatility and passion.
