Is it just "tough Celtics luck" that we seem to get the hottest first round team in the playoffs the last two years?

The Heat this year ( who have been on a tear down the stretch)
The Bucks or Bobcats would have been an easier route for us.
No real point, just seems this team always seems to go the down the path of "most resistance" most of the time, and that often times includes them creating it for themselves by playing flat and uninterested, which alsi makes things mroe difficult than need be...
