Memphis continues to surprise. No Valanciunas or Jackson.
They defeat San Antonio 133-102 with a pretty remarkable statline.

Memphis played 10 guys, who all played between 20-28 minutes and 9 of them had double figures but all between 10-19 points.

Ps: another fact, currently 10 teams in the West have a positive record against only 5 in the East!

Watching the Nets/Clips game. There was a play early where Kawhi took at least 5 steps in plain view. He just kind of staggered around for a couple seconds. I recorded it on my phone it was so egregious.

A few minutes later Harden got a foul called against the other team for running into his own teammate's back.

I really can't take this league seriously. The league cheats for certain players and teams so flagrantly... I know it's nothing mew, but it is still amazing to watch. It makes you wonder what the landscape of the league would look like if officiated and administrated fairly.

The Nets feel to me like a team that'll make the ECF (or even the Finals) but probably lose in 5 or even swept to a team like PHI/MIL or 1 of the LA teams. Their defense is just atrocious and I don't think they can rely on the offense putting up 125+ every night, even with Harden/KD/Kyrie

I could easily see the Nets losing to anyone they come up against in the East with their defensive issues. Indiana or us as a 1st round match-up would be seriously bad for them
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)

You have to drive it into the teeth of their toothless defense all game!

Anyone else seeing Myles Turner give up numerous 3s so far against the Bucks? Theis would have strips torn off him for these pretty bad lapses defensively.

Would the Theis strips be deep fried?

Probably more of a schnitzel-type strip I imagine, given his nationality ;)

Turner as per usual got abused by teams who are strong inside. Happens routinely against Philly and Milwaukee in the East, as well as the Lakers in the West. Can't be relied upon
