With New York, Brookyln, and Clevland plying much better I think the Celtics will be concrete into  the 2-7 range.. and since the celtics never win a lottery the 7th pick still looks pretty amazing... Here is my top 8 prospects in no specific order

Wiggins
Parker
Exum
Smart
Vonleah
Randle
Gordon
