Anyone else miss this guy? He's eating up boards in LA. So far averaging 5 points and 9 rebounds.

Eating up the boards? 4 offensive boards and 3 missed shots (of a total of 5) per contest. Guess what he's really doing when "eating up the boards".

Better than missing shots and not getting rebounds on either side of the floor.

This, whats wrong with him hustling and doing whatever he has to do to get his own miss, and then finally putting it back in. Better than a miss, let the other team rebound, and off to the races.

Never thought I'd see the day when the Lakers put a lineup on the floor of Murphy, Roberts, Kapono, Blake and Gasol.

I thought they were going all 1960's Celtics on us... :)

I get the joke; however, in 1964 the Celtics were the first team in the NBA to put an all black starting lineup on the floor.

Yeah, odd choice of team to mention. Probably better to mention any other team in the 60s.

The losing sure has taken the sense of humor out of some here...
